Thierry Lefevre

Following a rich career in different HR positions, both in Europe and in the USA, Thierry’s career took a new turn in 2012. He joined the ‘Active Aging’ project, sponsored by the European Commission where he researched the impact of ageing populations and workforces on the business community. This led to a publication and a series of conferences on this subject, using a three stakeholders’ approach: public authorities, employee/citizen and organization. Thierry’s mission is to help both organizations and employees manage multiple transitions in the course of longer careers, always using a win-win approach. Thierry strives to bring clarity in a subject fraught with apparent complexity. In this endeavour, he relies on his motto: ‘Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication!’
