Ann has been working for the past 10 years as a consultant and a project manager in the field of change and talent management, working on projects in corporate and governmental bodies. She likes changing work environments and cultures and also enjoys the position of a freelancer. “As an outsider I can often be very frank. In my experience, in such a context, people are more often open to comments and they quicker accept insights”. Her motto is ‘People don't resist change, they resist being changed!’. Ideally she closely cooperates with the people concerned, either board members or people in the departments, when working towards a sustainable change.
