Nadine Montens

Nadine has more than 15 years experience in HR functions in various sectors. Presently she works as an independent coach and also keeps performing assessments and development centers for companies. “I find it very important for my work as a coach to stay in contact with companies from a wide range of sectors” she says.  Her motto is ‘Carpe diem’: she enjoys living in the present and tries to be as aware as possible of it. The concept of mindfulness therefore appeals to her. She also gets high satisfaction when observing development and growth of her coachee.
