Gisèle Maréchal

Gisèle holds a doctor degree in physical chemistry and has been working for many years in this field. In 2000 her career took an important turn when she started to work in change accompaniment in a function that had been especially created for her. “It allowed me to accompany teams, up until the level of the board of directors, to face periods of transition. Often people are being forced to adapt and to change. This process intrigues me”, she explains. The red line in career is the search for simplicity amidst complexity. “In the beginning I focused on molecules, then on the organization and with TRAJECTUM on the individual”. Her motto is: ‘Be yourself, everyone else is already taken’ (Oscar Wilde).
