Ignaas Declercq

Ignaas Declercg is a civil engineer and has been working for 20 years as entrepreneur in his own company. Last year he decided to turn to general management consulting. “I like to construct a project from the very beginning until the delivery of the final result”. He wants to create and to undertake and feels especially at ease when people open themselves to new insights and are prepared to leave routines behind. “In my work I try to be as empathic as possible by placing myself in the viewpoint of the others, i.e. the stakeholders”. His motto it “sapere aude”: dare to be wise and to think.
