Berit worked for years in training and employment. She guided hundreds of job seekers, employees and their future employers in their (re)orientation towards a new job. She has built up affinity and extensive experience with professionals in various professions. From 2016, Berit follows her own development path and engages others on her journey. Her motto is "Learn to trust the journey, even when you don't understand it". By genuinely connecting with trainees, coachees or teams, she facilitates change from within so people can follow their own path with more confidence.
Berit uses her experience as a trainer who stimulates peer learning so people learn from each other's personal experiences in leadership, communication or staying afloat when stress threatens to take over, ... As a coach, Berit focuses on (personal) leadership and creative entrepreneurship. A common thread that fits her as a glove is pioneering: taking on new challenges and supporting others in taking on their personal challenges as well.
