Ulrike has over 25 years of experience in marketing, product and process development, gained in large international companies. This experience conducted her towards complex change processes and triggered her passion for human change.

Today, as change facilitator, trainer and coach she accompanies organizations, teams and individuals on their particular transition path. Her focus lies on the discovery of unexpected solutions that reveal hidden and underestimated strengths and abilities. Authenticity and balance not less than stretch and growth are important ingredients of the success of transitions.
