Frank has more than 30 years of experience as director and manager at start-ups as well as SMEs and multinationals in various sectors. On several occasions he proved to be very innovative and he dares to deviate from well-trodden paths. In an inspiring way, delegating and goal-oriented, he led teams to a higher level and to excellent results.
After his long career in business, he specialized in consultancy and coaching. After all, he likes to facilitate people in getting and staying in motion; to guide them towards a self-chosen goal.
He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and Accredited member of the Association of Stress & Burnout Coaches.
His approach as a coach is very versatile and personalized, in line with the needs of the company and the coachee. He is very holistic and uses the adequate techniques from his extensive arsenal of coaching techniques learned during numerous coaching courses.
