Els - who studied bioengineering -  is fascinated by the natural flow of life.

She is an experienced manager which she built up across different environments: governmental context as well as in profit and non-profit. Risk management, production, and supply chain have been her main areas of expertise. As a manager, she combines a structural approach with a people-oriented working method which being customer focussed. Always connected: clarifying vision, understanding systems, and making processes visible in order to give the team and employees their own playing field.

Connecting people with their inner self, that's what she likes to achieve: heart, body, mind connection.
